First, SOHO will pour a Cornerstone Sauvignon Blanc 2016 from Napa Valley. The winemaker offers,

“Intense aromas of ripe melon, white peaches and pineapple, with just a hint of summer jasmine. First sip is round and juicy with layers of ripe tropical fruit flavors. This dry white wine also has a little bit of the Musque clone, which adds complexity and a hint of sweet fruit.”

Next, SOHO will pour a Jax Vineyard Y3 Taureau 2015 from Napa. The wine is described by the winemaker,

“Ruby purple in color, with loads of black cherry and briary black currant fruit, the wine is meaty and refreshing, with hints of mocha and earth. A beautifully rich, concentrated, irresistible style of wine to drink casually or with serious cuisine. Approachable upon release and will cellar till 2022 and beyond.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a Priest Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 from Napa. Notes on the wine,

“Generous flavors of blackcurrants, plum, Asian spice, licorice and earth jump from the glass as well as the flavors of this full-bodied, supple-textured, low-acid and fleshy wine. It is delicious now.”
