This Flight Night begins on Wednesday, May 12, and the wines and their tapas will be available until Tuesday, May 18.
First, SOHO will pour a 2018 Silverado Sauvignon Blanc :
Bright and spritzy, with light aromatics of grapefruit, pineapple and kiwi. Passionfruit, mango and lemon curd ﬂavors burst through this well-balanced wine with bright acidity and hints of lime zest on the ﬁnish.
The second wine is a 2018 Napa by Napa Pinot Noir
Dominated elegant red fruits including raspberry and strawberry, crisp acidity and richness from Pinot Meunier and color, tannin and dark fruit ﬂavors from a touch of Syrah. These Napa Valley varietals were fermented and aged separately in a combination of new and French oak.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Annabella Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine opens with enticing aromas of dried cranberries, chocolate-covered cherries, and juicy plum. In the mouth there is a pronounced note of ripe cherries, wild blackberries, black mission ﬁgs and espresso, layered together with balanced toasted French oak.
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:

Napa by Napa Pinot Noir 2018
Paired with: Pork Skewers & Peach Jus
Annabella Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018
Paired with: Lamb Stew with Grilled Bread
