First, SOHO will pour a 2017 TerraNoble Gran Reserva Carignan from Maule, Chile.
Intense deep red color, with outstanding aromas of red fruits, sour cherries, ﬂowers and mineral notes. Very refreshing, complex and well-structured on the palate, it’s rustic tannins have been tamed by the ﬂavors of the food.
The second wine is a 2019 Piattelli Reserva Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina.
Intensely aromatic on the nose. Aromas of blueberries, plums and blackberries. Extremely well balanced fruit to acidity balance. This is a medium to heavy weight wine.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2015 Cuvelier Los Andes Coleccion from Mendoza, Argentina.
Red with ruby reﬂections and a very nice intensity. Aroma are complex, intense and seductive with notes of red fruit, spice and marmalade. Mouthfeel is very soft, silky, velvety and intense.
