Three fabulous Mediterranean wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, June 21.

Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a NV Cantina Mesa Primo Bianco Vermentino from Vermentino di Sardegna, DOC.

“Dry, medium body, attractive perfume of green apples and lime framed by wild herb notes. Rich with fruit on the palate with a mineral-driven finish.”

The second wine is a 2018 Tornatore Etna Rosso from Etna Rosso, Sicily.

“Ruby red with faint purple, typical of this variety which is not very rich in color. Clear hints of red berries, morello cherry and black cherry on the nose. The taste is characterized by its typical balanced tannins and a surprising fullness, flavor and persistence.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2019 Paul Mas Estate Red Blend from Languedoc, France.

“Juicy, medium-plus-bodied Grenache, Syrah and Carignan red wine blend produced from grapes sourced from a single-vineyard. Spicy with ripe plum, red berry, savory herbs and toasty oak spice flavors generous and smooth on the palate.”

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
