Three fabulous Mediterranean wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, June 7.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2018 Bodegas Luzon Altos de Luzon from Jumilla, Spain.
“Deep red in color with ruby reflections, its aromas are expressive and intense, with notes of red and black fruits, sweet spices and soft smoked from the aging. In the mouth it is frank with a lively freshness that speaks of the vintage, supported by its fruity character.”
The second wine is a 2015 Alasia Barbaresco from Barbaresco, Itlay.
“Black fruit aromas, with some savory, spicy and gently floral characters. Complex and richly flavored with black cherry, bramble and a hint of violet on the palate. Good structure and fine tannins lead to a long rich finish. “
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2020 Bon Mas Priorat from Priorat, Spain.
“Seductive ruby with purple reflections. Spiced cherry compote and red berry aromas are lifted by zesty mineral and cracked pepper notes, with notes of licorice and dark chocolate. Very fresh on the long finish, silky tannins which repeats the lively fruit and expressive mineral flavors.”
