Three fabulous French wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, May 17.

Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a Cuvee Les Amours “Hugel” from Alsace.

“An appealing aroma of ripe pear fills the nose. The palate is similarly abundant in fruit yet ultimately feels clean, dry and slender “

The second wine is a Sacha Lichine “The Pale” Rosé  from Provence.

“Named after its transparent, pink color, The Pale by Sacha Lichine embodies all the characteristics of an authentic Rosé from Provence. It is expressive both inside and out and bears great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a Vidal-Fleury Rouge from Côtes du Rhône.

“Ruby red in color. A nose dominated by notes of cocoa, cherries, and spice. On the palate, the wine is bold with blackcurrant, cherry, and roasted nut flavors.”

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
