Three spectacular reds will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, April 26.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2019 R. Stuart Winery Big Fire Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon.
“Aromas of dark cherry – round and lush, tomato leaf, amaro, herbaceous, fennel. Big Cherry flavor up front with hints of black tea and amaro. This wine has very light tannins, medium body with a very smooth finish.”
The second wine is a 2020 Concha Y Toro Malbec Gran Reserva from Tinguiririca River, Chile
“Deep, purple-red hue with intense aromas of black plum, blueberries and dark chocolate. Concentrated black fruit flavors on the palate show good structure, with soft, sweet tannins and a rich full body.”
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2020 Tooth and Nail ‘The Squad’ Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California.
“Aromas of blue fruits, blackberries, and cassis. Rich & luxurious taste, balanced with ample structure with body and a slight spice on the back end.”
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
