Three California wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, March 29.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2019 Tribute Pinot Noir from Monterey County, California.
“Fresh and juicy with aromas of wild strawberry, ripe plum, and black cherry. Notes of bright red fruit, clove and vanilla come alive on the palate, and are met with a smooth velvety finish.”
The second wine is a 2019 Clos LaChance Red Blend from Santa Clara County, California.
“Medium tannin, low-medium acidity, dry. Black cherry, cassis, blackberry, and a hint of vanilla. A little spice on the finish. Dark purple, opaque. Clear with slight rim.”
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2019 Quest Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California.
“The most recent release of Quest displays a beautiful creamy vanilla nose with hints of sweet mint and coco. These aromas continue through the palate and evolve into rich flavors of black berry, dark chocolate, fresh tobacco and slight herbaceous accent .”
