Three California wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, March 15.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2018 Sea Sun Vineyards Chardonnay from Coastal California.
“Sea Sun is a California Chardonnay whose character speaks to the unique terrain where it is sourced in premier coastal regions of California. The result is a wine featuring the best characteristics of Chardonnay, with fruit flavors, oak and acidity in harmony and balance.“
The second wine is a 2019 Robert Talbott Vineyards Kali Hart Pinot Noir from Monterey, California.
“Kali Hart is our most fruit-forward expression of our estate vineyards. Approachable and bright, this complex Pinot Noir opens with aromas of Bing cherry, cola, boysenberry and hints of vanilla.“
Finally, SOHO will pour a NV William Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from Central Coast, California.
“Our Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is dark with in-tense flavor and dramatic fruit presence. Aromas and flavors of dark cherry, ripe plum, and blueberry are com-plemented by sweet vanilla notes.“
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
