First, SOHO will pour a 2020 G.D. Vajra Dolcetto D’Alba from Dolcetto.

Our Dolcetto d’Alba DOC is a homage to a wonderful, often overlooked heritage of Piemonte. It is a pure, vibrant and fruity expression of the grape, ideal for many food pairings.

The second wine is a 2019 Vigne Surrau Naracu from Cannonau.

“Naracu” is the name given to the historic structures from the Nuraghic civilization that can be found through Sardegna. These megalithic buildings were developed during the Nuragic age dating back to 2000 CBE. Today they have become a symbol of Sardegna and its culture. “Naracu” is 100% Cannonau, fermented and aged in stainless steel, and cement. The wine is made in a fresh, vibrant style, and expression of the granite soil and Mediterranean sea.

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico from Sangiovese.

Deep, ruby-red in color, this Chianti Classico offers aromas of ripe cherries and red plums, with subtle notes of toasted vanilla beans and purple flowers. On the palate, the wine displays a superbly structured character with bright acidity and a pleasantly savory finish.

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
