First, SOHO will pour a 2018 Nielson Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara, California

Open with a floral and mineral character typical of San-ta Barbara. Classically varietal with wild strawberry fruit, firm bright acidity and a fresh gentle mineral finish.

The second wine is a 2019 Barossa Valley Estate GSM from Australia.

Vibrant red berry fruits, fragrant spices and delicate flo-ral aromas on a smooth, silky texture.

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Luke Wines Cabernet Sauvignon from Wahluke Slope, Washington

Aromas dominated by Marionberry and dark chocolate, accented by hints of mint and molasses. Supple, focused and expressive, layering coffee-accented blackberry and currant flavors with polished tannins and hints of cedar and smoke.

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:

2018 Nielson Pinot Noir

Paired with: Smoked Salmon, Fresh Strawberries, Goat Cheese

2019 Barossa Valley Estate GSM
