Three red wines will be highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, January 18.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a 2019 Chemistry Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon.
This wine has a deep, glowing garnet color, and inviting aromatics of dark berries like boysenberry and black raspberry, earth, and baking spice. The wine is bright on the front palate showing initial flavors of cranberry that evolve to tart cherry and earth with structured tannins on mid-palate and finish.
The second wine is a 2018 Antigal Winery & Estates Uno Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina.
Delicious plums, strawberries, and blackberry flavors with enticing hints of violets, vanilla, and milk chocolate. Brightened by carefully protected natural acidity, this violet-red intense wine is surprisingly versatile at the dining table and pairs well with lamb, duck, beef as well as pasta and risotto.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Unrated Xtra Cabernet from Central Valley, Chile.
Intense aromas of dark red berries, black fruits, and sweet tannins. This wine culminates in a bold, long, and enjoyable finish.
SOHOās Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
