Guest favorite wines and flavors from 2021 will highlighted at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, December 14.

Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a 2019 Diora La Petite Grace from Monterey, California.

Dark ruby in the glass, aromas of blackberries and roasted almonds mingle with nuances of toasted marsh-mallows and brown sugar. Soft and velvety, robust with a voluptuous and full-bodied mouthfeel, the palate unfolds with luxurious layers of intense red cherry, and a delicate hint of blueberry (imparted by the Malbec). A long, lingering finish instills a lasting impression of rich, concentrated flavors, vanilla bean and toasted oak.

The second wine is a 2018 Primus Cabernet Sauvignon from Valle del Maipo, Chile.

Primus Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from Alto Mapio, one of the best regions in Chile for this variety. Lively aromas of blackberry, blueberry and dried cherry intertwine with vanilla and cedar notes. A smooth silky texture with fine tannins and balance, providing a beau-tiful and lingering finish.

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2019 Terredora di Paolo Campania Aglianico from Campania, Italy.

Color : Ruby red with violet reflections.
Bouquet : Shows black cherry, wild blackberry and plum fruit with a spicy, toasted overtone.
Flavor : Soft and elegant; long in the mouth with notes of mature red fruits and displays the structure necessary for long aging.
