The wines and flavors of the Pacific Northwest shine at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, October 5.

Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a 2020 Chehalem Unoaked Chardonnay from Chehalem Mountains, Oregon.

Notes of lemon curd, dried mango, and honey. The mouthwatering palate is weighted by a slight viscosity.

The second wine is a 2019 Stoller Family Estate Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon.

The nose is dark and earthy, with notes of sandalwood, bramble, and black cherry. The palate is structured by fine-grain tannins that lift vibrant red fruit flavors through the finish.

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Mercer Brothers Merlot from Columbia Valley, Washington.

Dried cranberries mingle with sweet coconut and vanilla. The palate is bursting with flavors of blueberries and mocha. This wine has a structural core of powdery tan-nins that are lifted with a touch of acidity.

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
