The wines and flavors of the Pacific Northwest shine at SOHO this evening for Flight Night! The wines and tapas debuting tonight are available through Tuesday, September 28.
Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a 2020 Mile Marker 71 Pinot Gris from Oregon.
Notes of lemon curd, dried mango, and honey. The mouthwatering palate is weighted by a slight viscosity.
The second wine is a 2020 Kate Arnold Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon.
Aromas of cherry, red plum, raspberry, and lavender. Flavors of fennel, Mission fig, plum, date, blackberry, and forest floor. Due to the proximity of the Washington wildfires, there are hints of campfire in the aroma and taste.
Finally, SOHO will pour a NV Chasing Rain Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Mountain, Washington.
Blackberries, cherry cola, hints of mocha, and dried herb. Full-bodied with generous density on the fore pal-ate, leading to a pleasing mid palate. Long finish dominated by black cherry and vanilla.
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
