Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2019 L’Ecole No. 41 Semillon from Columbia Valley, WA.
Refreshing with vibrant fruit and balanced acidity, this wine shows pretty orange blossom with layers of honeysuckle, honeydew melon, and lemongrass that persist through to a clean, succulent finish.
The second wine is a 2019 Pike Road Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, OR.
Beautiful ruby red color with aromas of black currant layered with cinnamon, clove spice, and rose petal. The palate has bold flavors of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, with hints of bitter dark chocolate, and mushroom. Fin-ishes warm, silky, and long.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Novelty Hill Royal Slope Red Blend from Columbia Valley, WA
An aromatic, medium-bodied wine with mouth-watering layers of wild berries, sweet cherry and black currant. Balanced and lively across the mid-palate, with a fresh, fruit-forward finish that lasts.
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
