Flight night on Wednesday, August 18, features the wines and flavors of the ‘other’ California (regions outside of Napa Valley).

Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

First, SOHO will pour a 2019 Etude Rosé of Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara, CA.

Aromas of fresh cut strawberry, white peaches and pleasant floral aromas of tree blossoms. Flavors are similar, adding blood orange, watermelon, nectarine and cherry.

The second wine is a 2018 Ancient Peaks Chardonnay from Paso Robles, CA.

Tropical aromas of pineapple, papaya and banana with suggestions of citrus and spice with accentuating layers of peach, apricot and green apple.

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Siduri Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara, CA.

Upfront aromas of dried cranberry, Black Mission Fig, Chinese Five Spice and black plum, along with flavors of fresh raspberry, black plum and blueberry.

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
