First, SOHO will pour a 2018 Gerard Bertrand Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose Cuvee from Languedoc-Roussillion, France.
The crémant Rose boasts a beautiful salmon-pink robe with glimmering reﬂections. Delicate bubbles and an extraordinary vivacity on the palate, with a rich, indulgent texture. A complex bouquet with long-lasting aromas of strawberry and raspberry, backed with hints of toasted bread.
The second wine is a 2018 Nicolas Potel Bourgogne from Bourgogne, France.
VioRuby dark in color. This wine has a bouquet of red cherries, white ﬂowers and spices. On the palate ﬁne toasted notes with honey that give way to long lastng notes of black fruits. The tannins are silky and well balanced.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2015 Chateau Cap de L’Ousteau Haut-Medoc from Bordeaux, France
This wine has a very intense and bright red garnet color. The nose is complex, persistent and delivers cherry, black current and mocha aromas. On the palate, the wine is supple with vanilla and red fruit notes.
