Please make reservations here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
First, SOHO will pour a 2020 Patient Cottat Le Grand Caillou Sauvignon Blanc from Vin de France, France.
Light lemon yellow in color. Soft, subtle aromas of lime and cantaloupe with a whiff of minerality. Greengage plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality.
The second wine is a 2018 Chateau Capendu Corbieres La Comelle from Languedoc Roussillon, France.
Intense garnet color with ruby hints. Pronounced elegant nose, with ripe fruits and spice aromas. Full-bodied palate, generous, powerful with notes of black fruits and spices, soft and supple tannins.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2015 Gerard Bertrand Art De Vivre from Languedoc, France.
The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry, blueberry and a touch of cassis jam. The palate is fruity juicy, precise and offers freshness and an acid frame. The wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of black cherry. Endowed with a beautiful brilliant ruby red color, this complex and elegant wine offers delicious aromas of ripe red fruits, a round palate with well-balanced melted tannins.
