Our pairings for June 9 – June 15 feature the wines and flavors of Chile.

First, SOHO will pour a 2017 Luma Chequen Gran Reserva Pinot Noir from Maule Valley, Chile.
Enjoy the nose of dried fruit and squashed cherries and ﬂavors of leather, prunes and blueberries overlaid on soft oak notes.
The second wine is 2011 Baptiste Cuvelier Cuvee Del Maule from Central Valley, Chile.
Balanced and complex nose of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry enriched with touches of anis and white mint. In the mouth, tannins are soft and thin. Enjoy it’s balance, complexity, roundness and acidity, which brings an amazing length with ﬁnal note of spices and coﬀee.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Errazuria Max Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from the Aconcagua Valley, Chile.
A deep and clean claret red colour with ruby shimmers. The nose has notes of strawberries, cherries and some blueberries, accompanied by a soft tone. The palate is predominated by red fruits such as cherries, cassis and bitter chocolate.

Sample each wine in a flight (three three-ounce glasses) for $14.75. Or, pair the flight with a tapa plate for $19.50. Try a full glass of wine and tapa plate for $14. Of course, the wines and tapas are available individually as well ($9.75/glass and $6.75/tapas)
