This Flight Night begins on Wednesday, April 7, and the wines and their tapas will be available until Tuesday, April 13.
First, SOHO will pour a 2019 Martin Codax Albarino from Rias Baixas, Spain.
Clean, bright yellow with greenish reﬂections. Medium intensity with ripe citrus notes of lime and tangerine. Enveloping, fresh and well-balanced.
The second wine is the 2016 Pasanau Cep Nous Priorat from Catalonia, Spain.
A very complex wine , the aromatics proﬁle include smoke, tobacco, ripe blackberries, blueberries, chocolate, vanilla. Blackberries follow through on the palate.
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2015 Bodegas Beronia Rioja Reserva from Rioja Spain.
A deep cherry color with granite rim. On the nose complex aromas of black fruit, above all blackberry. Great bouquet of spices with cinnamon standing out and notes of cedar on the ﬁnish. On the palate smooth with sweet and round tannins. Great balance between acidic fruit and oak
