This Flight Night begins on Wednesday March 17, and the wines and their tapas will be available until March 23.

First, SOHO will pour a 2017 Hangtime Pinot Noir, from California.
Rich garnet color with aromas of dark cherry, dried cranberry and hints of allspice. The silky mouthfeel and supple tannins contribute to a long and satisfying ļ¬nish.
The second wine is aĀ 2017 The Arsonist by Matchbook Red Blend .
“Anchored by Petit Verdot this robust red has loads of earthy leather and brambly fruit in the bouquet. The blend delivers broad ļ¬avors of plum, blackberry, mocha and vanilla, barrel aging adds a nice dose of oak. The ļ¬nish lingers with boysenberry and cigar box”
Finally, SOHO will pour a 2018 Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon.
“This Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from two estates in Paso Robles that beneļ¬t from the Paciļ¬c breeze and picture perfect high terrain. The aroma of cassis, dark cherries, licorice and mocha with hints of juniper berries. The taste is full-bodied with dark fruits, mocha notes and rich textures.“
