You’re invited to join us as we journey west for flight night. This week’s pairings feature classic California wines and Chef Todd’s delicious tapa.

Please make reservations for social distancing with us here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

This Flight Night begins on Wednesday March 10, and the wines and their tapas will be available until March 16.

First, SOHO will pour a Noah River Pinot Noir, 2018, from California.

Ruby in color. Big, floral nose of dark cherry, fig and Asian spice. Secondary notes of blackberry, mint, orange pekoe tea. Medium bodied flavors of dark cherry cola, red raspberry and tea.”

The second wine is a Terra D’Oro Zinfandel, 2017, from Amador County, California.

“Enticing aromas of clove, cinnamon, anise, and dark fruits are accompanied by hints of pastry, dried oregano, thyme and fresh dough notes. This wine boasts an elegant entry with a generous juicy midpalate and a long finish.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a Tuck Beckstoffer 75 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019, from Lake CO & Mendocino, California.

It is a rich and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon expressing aromas of red currents, strawberry jam and black berries. These aromatics are balanced with a note of toffee/biscotti from age in medium toasted French oak.

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
