We’re kicking off March with a little California dreamin’! Join us for Flight Night, featuring classic California wines and Chef Todd’s delicious tapa.

Please make reservations for social distancing with us here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta

This Flight Night begins on Wednesday March 3rd, and the wines and their tapas will be available until March 9th.

First, SOHO will pour a Bacchus Chardonnay, 2018, from California’s Central Coast.

“Medium-bodied and crisp, with subtle apple, pear and citrus notes. A mineral component comes through in the lively , balanced and long finish. This wine was made by the wine director of Tribeca Grill, David Gordon.”

The second wine is a Edna Valley Pinot Noir, 2018, also from California’s Central Coast.

Deliciously rich on the palate while delivering a light-body that is true to the varietal. Layers of blueberry compote and black cherry meld with a touch of tart cranberry for vibrant acidity.

Finally, SOHO will pour a Daou Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018, from Paso Robles, California.

A rich and compelling nose of blackberry, cassis, smoky leather and dried herbs is enhanced with layers of plum and cherry, cocoa and sandalwood. Bold and full bodied, this wine is structured firmly around a solid core of boysenberry and cherry fruit.”

SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines:
