This Flight Night begins on Wednesday November 25th, and the wines and their tapas will be available until December 1st.

First, SOHO will pour a Hunky Dory Pinot Noir 2017 from Marlborough, NZ.

“The bouquet is expressed with red cherry, plum along with vanilla and spice. The palate has red and dark cherry fruit flavours on the palate. The gentle influence of French oak melds into the wine and the wine is very drinkable.”

The second wine is a Mitolo Wines ‘Jester’ Shiraz 2017 from McLaren Vale, AUS. The wine is described by the winemaker,

“Bright, lifted and aromatic, with raspberry and choc mint characters. Full flavoured and elegant, with dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry, complemented by dark chocolate, liquorice and white pepper spice.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a The Chocolate Block 2018 from South Africa. Notes on the wine,

“The Chocolate Block 2018 is a concentrated red wine with aromas of ripe dark fruit, smoky notes and hints of wood. On the palate it is fruity, silky and meaty. A wine with a vibrant acidity that is great for all occasions and has an exquisite finish of liquorice and dark chocolate.”
