September brings Flight Nights back to the U.S. with wines from the Pacific Northwest! 🇺🇸 Due to the Labor Day holiday, we’ll be featuring these beautiful wines & tapa pairings for two weeks, and we know you’re going to love them as much as we do. Please make reservations to allow for social distancing protocols here: https://www.opentable.com/r/soho-atlanta
This Flight Night begins on Wednesday September 2, and the wines and their tapas will be available for two weeks, ending September 15th.
“The wine has aromas and flavors of apple, pear and tropical fruit with a lightly oaked profile and supple texture.”
“This wine delivers with fresh red fruit flavors, like raspberry and ripe strawberry. There are definitive Oregon flavors of mushroom, forest floor and earth. This is rich and well-built with oak and vanilla nuances attributed to aging in French oak.”
Finally, SOHO will pour a Sleight of Hand Cellars “The Spellbinder” 2017 from Columbia Valley, WA. Notes on the wine,
“Our 2017 Spellbinder is dramatically aromatic, with classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc herb and earth notes framed by graphite overtones. It is a medium-bodied wine showing both red and dark fruit characteristics, including bing cherry, blueberry, and cassis, that finishes with soft tannins and bright acid.”
SOHO’s Executive Chef Todd Paige has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines!
