First, SOHO will pour a Bodegas Noemia de Patagonia Malbec 2018 from Patagonia, Argentina.  The winemaker offers,

“Bright ruby-red. Slightly wild but vibrant scents of blackberry, raspberry, black pepper, violet and game. Supple, lively and concentrated, conveying a restrained sweetness and Old World savoir faire to its intense but very smooth flavors of smoky dark berries, licorice and peppery herbs.”

Next, SOHO will pour a Bodegas El Esteco Malbec 2016 from Calchaquí Valley, Argentina. The wine is described by the winemaker,

“Profound black with violet edges. Magic spell of raisins, coffee and light herbaceous notes conquer the nose. Mature and vibrant notes combined with firm and sweet tannins. Long persistence, concentrated and elegant.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a Cuvelier Los Andes 2015 from Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. Notes on the wine,

“Appearance: intense violet-red with ruby reflections. Aroma: dark fruits with hints of marmalade and violets; fruity and expressive. Mouth: medium-intensity in the mouth, balanced and velvety.”

SOHO’s Executive Chef Joey Zelinka has created a suggested tapa plate to pair with each of the wines!
