First, SOHO will pour a 2014 Gotas de Mar Albarino. The winemaker offers the following tasting notes for the wine, “Brilliant pale lemon color. Intense stringent aromas of peaches, white flowers, stony minerals and a hint of fresh sea breeze. The palate offers an energetic combination steely acidity with charming peachy fruit and stony minerals. It finishes clean with a mouth watering acidity and long complex persistency.”

Next, SOHO will pour a 2011 Conde de San Cristóbal Ribera el Duero. Of the wine, the winemaker says, “Elegant wine power in all phases of a well-covered and clean cherry red. The aroma is deep and complex, with lots of fresh, ripe, intense fruit, spice and mineral notes. The palate retains its fruit, shows broad, fresh, powerful, rich and very tasty.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2013 Pasanau Ceps Nous Priorat. Wine Spectator Insider says of the wine, “Savory and spicy notes of licorice, cigar box and cardamom frame a deep core of plum and kirsch in this expressive red. Firm tannins and balsamic acidity impart a solid structure.”
