First, SOHO will pour a 2014  Suavia Soave Classico DOC. The winemaker offers the following tasting notes: “Fresh aromas of apple, pear and almond balance clean minerality and a hint of fresh herb. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, the flavors and aromas build toward a harmonious and lingering finish.”

Next, SOHO will pour a 2011 Nipozzano Vecchie Viti Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG. The tasting notes for the wine offer: “The nose opens with very ripe fruits: cherry, strawberry and raspberry are prominent. Sweet scents of cotton candy and wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2013 Borgogno  Dolcetto d’Alba DOC. The winemaker calls the wine “easy-to-drink, fragrant and elegant.”

SOHO’s executive chef, Scott Warren, and sous chef, Chris Lyons, have created a tapas plate to pair with each wine.
