First, SOHO will pour a 2013 Iron Horse Vineyards UnOaked Chardonnay. The winemaker offers the following tasting notes, “By nose, a complex blend of stone fruit, green pear and pineapple. By mouth, balanced acidity, grapefruit, Gravenstein apple and minerality.”

Next, SOHO will pour a 2013 Hartford Court Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. The wine is described, “Aromas of blackberries, blueberry, and nutmeg are followed by flavors of Bing cherries, wild raspberries, dark plum and allspice. The dense entry is followed by a sweet and juicy mouth feel, supported by acidity, silky tannins and a subtle earthy finish.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2013 Trig Point Diamond Dust Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker says of the wine, ” Primary aromatics of black cherry, mocha, and red currant. The palate is fleshy and generous with plenty of fresh, ripe fruit. Black currant, blueberry, and chocolate flavors are accompanied by toasty oak. Shows a light mineral note in the long and supple finish.”

SOHO’s executive chef, Scott Warren, and sous chef, Chris Lyons, have created a tapas plate to pair with each wine.
