First, SOHO will pour a 2013 Adelsheim Rose from Willamette Valley, Oregon. “This delicious wine offers aromas of fresh strawberries, orange blossom, white flowers, and a touch of vanilla bean. The aromas follow through on a rich, well-textured palate that offers great fruit intensity and persistence to the finish.”

Next, SOHO will pour a 2012 Bouchard Aine & Fils from Burgundy, France. This 100% Pinot Noir is described as, “A wine characterized by its aromatic complexity and mild tannins. The color is brilliant cherry red with aromas of red fruit, cherry, kirsch with notes of lime and mint. It’s a plump wine with a lot of fruit and a delicate note of wood. Good persistence, harmonious and well balanced.”

Finally, SOHO will pour a 2011 Torii Mor Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from Oregon. The wine is described, “The flavors are complex and forward with red cherries and cranberries, a light clove spice, and earthy notes of oak and mushrooms. The mouth-feel is rich and thick with a sweet creaminess and a firm finish.”

SOHO’s executive chef, Scott Warren, has created three tapas plates to pair with each wine.
