As we move through summer, SOHO’s chefs are adding tasty and classic new items to our lunch menu.
Beginning this week, SOHO will offer a house-made pastrami sandwich on the lunch menu Wednesday through Friday. This signature sandwich is composed of plenty of house-cured pastrami, provolone cheese, and whole grain mustard on traditional rye bread. Served with a side of homemade jalapeno-apple slaw it’s a delectable midday meal.
SOHO sous chef Jeff Haegar is the man behind SOHO’s pastrami. He smokes and cures a beef brisket, coating it with honey and black pepper, for five days to create meat that is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Hungry yet? We’ll see you soon for lunch!
